However, due to the nature of the production processes involved, some minor defects may be present in the final product.

Minor defects include:

Minor anodisation unevenness
Minor internal machining marks
Minor internal hook marks

Major defects include:

Any kinds of chips or dents on the exterior of the product
Visible scratches or discolorations that cannot be removed with some elbow grease
Malfunctioning PCBs

Please raise a support request within 7 days of receiving your package to initiate the replacement process for major defects. Any requests raised after the first week of receiving your package will not be eligible for replacements or refunds.
