- Worldwide: FedEx International Economy
- Domestic: Qxpress (Singapore)
Shipping Times
- International: Typically 2 to 5 business days to major markets.
- Domestic (Singapore): Typically 1-2 weeks. Orders will be shipped weekly to Singapore in bulk and be distributed locally via Qxpress.
Processing/Fulfilment time
- Typface aims to ship all in-stock products within 2-5 business days.
- Typface aims to ship all pre-order products within our stipulated timeline for each project.
- Typface will not be held responsible for any delays caused by fulfilment partners, once an order has left the warehouse.
- Please make sure all the necessary details (including Tax IDs for certain countries) for shipping to your country is provided.
Shipping Rates and Duties
- Shipping Rates and Delivery Times for different countries will be available at checkout.
- Incoterms for all our shipments will be DAP.
Damages
- Typface will not be responsible for items damaged in transit.
- Should your product arrive damaged, do contact your courier for claims. Always keep the original packaging for filing claims.
