Refund/Cancellation Policy

In-Stock

Please email any order changes/cancellations at hello@typface.com within 5 minutes of your purchase. A non-refundable transaction fee (3.2% + $0.50 SGD for SG, 3.6% + $0.50 SGD for international transactions) will apply. Fees may differ depending on Shopify's regional charges. We do not accept any order changes/cancellations beyond this timeframe.

 

Pre-Orders

We will only accept cancellations during the stipulated pre-order period. A non-refundable transaction fee (3.2% + $0.50 SGD for SG, 3.6% + $0.50 SGD for international transactions) will apply. Fees may differ depending on Shopify's regional charges. We do not accept any order changes/cancellations beyond this timeframe.

Refund/Exchange Process

 

Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs, return shipping costs, and Shopify transaction fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged (not including damage incurred during shipping). Please email us at hello@typface.com if you would like to request an exchange. We will then assess if your unit qualifies for an exchange.

 

Non-refundable Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs, return shipping costs, and Shopify transaction fees are non-refundable.

When returning items, please only use trackable shipping services. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
